Our Position & Commitment
At DotDesign, we acknowledge that the work we do—across strategy, design, and technology—does not exist in a vacuum. It is built on lands, histories, and communities that carry deep cultural significance.
We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which many of our collaborators live and work, especially the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Australia. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognize the ongoing connection to land, waters, and culture. We also recognize the complex histories across the broader Asia-Pacific region—including Indonesia, Hong Kong, and other communities where systemic inequities, political unrest, and cultural erasure persist. We stand with those on the right side of history: the individuals, communities, and movements working toward justice, sovereignty, and long-term equity. As a company, we remain politically neutral in operations but unequivocal in values. We are committed to ethical practice, human dignity, and inclusive systems—both in how we hire and how we work. We support LGBTQIA+ rights, gender equity, Indigenous sovereignty, and anti-discrimination in all forms.
DotDesign exists to design for a better future—one where clarity, respect, and creativity move organizations and societies forward, together.
